Request: Im Garten auf Färberkamille. Mit Mr. Google komme ich auf eine Larve aus der Gruppe Scymnini. Die weißen Pinsel sollen Wachsausscheidungen sein. Wisst ihr mehr? 2022-06-21, etwa 3 mm. Danke und viele Grüße Ch

Comment: Hallo CHK, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Unterfamilie Scymninae. Der weiße Strubbelpelz sind wie Du ja schon geschrieben hast Wachsausscheidungen. Für diese wird vor allem eine Schutzfunktion gegen Beugreifer diskutiert, auch die Abwehr von Ameisen, in deren Blattlaus-Gärtnen sich die Larven an den Blattläusen gütlich tun. LG, Christoph
