On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Nochmal Phloiotrya vaudoueri [= tenuis] (Vaudouers Düsterkäfer): 12 und 9 mm (Bild A), 29.07.2022, im Norden Berlins im Tegeler Forst, abends bei Dunkelheit, zwei Pärchen plus 11 Einzeltiere gesichtet, die meisten an gestapeltem frischem Eichenholz, drei dichtbei an noch berindeten, umgefallenen Eichen; überwiegend Weibchen, suchend umherlaufend; die Männchen deutlich kleiner; in Bild C der im Schlüssel erwähnte Sexualdimorphismus an den Sterniten 1-4.
