On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hi PhJo17, and welcome to kerbtier.de! this is either Bledius limicola Totth., 1940 or Bledius spectabilis sensu Lohse et auct., nec Kraatz, 1857, which I cannot separate from the submitted photos. Meanwhile, the two species have been renamed: B. limicola as B. spectabilis Kraatz, 1857 and B. spectabilis as B. frisius Lohse, 1978. Here is the key to Bledius s. str. (in German only).
