Request: Hallo,
nach mehrstündiger, ergebnisloser Suche in den Alzenauer Sanden (Kiefern, Sandboden und viele Kanninchen), fand meine Frau diesen Brachtkerl am 20.10.2015 in unüblichem Habitat auf einer Fußgängerbrücke über die A3, leider tot. Länge ca. 22mm. Männchen von Typhoeus (Typhaeus) Typhoeus, ich fand beide Schreibweisen, auch gemischt.

Comment: Hallo Christoph, jetzt bin ich noch neidischer - in der tat ist das der Harlekinbock (Acrocinus longimanus). Wie du beobachten konntest tritt die Art zum Höhepunkt der Regenzeit auf - ich war leider in der Trockenzeit von Februar bis März da und da sind keine Imagines aktiv. Super Tier, super Fund, super Foto :) Viele Grüße, Fabian
