I found this species on willow.

Request: Eine eher breite Amara. Kein Wulst zwischen äußeren Basaleindrücken und Seitenrand, eher rote Beine als gelbe, Fühler jedenfalls nicht pechbraun, weit vorstehende Augen... ich sehe hier Amara fusca. Die ist nachtaktiv und nachts habe ich sie auch am 4.10.22 auf einer sandigen Brache gefunden. 7.8 mm. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße

Request: 24.12.2022, etwa 8mm großer Rüsselkäfer. Fiel mir nur auf, weil er in der Straßenrandvegetation Merry Christmas vor sich hinpfiff, was ungewöhnlich ist für einen Rüsselkäfer. Ich denke, das ist eine schöne Bescherung für Corinna und wegen seiner Eigenart sollte der Käfer sicher auch leicht zu bestimmen sein.
