On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 7.4.2023; Somerset (England); ca. 2mm; Entschuldigt: hier noch ein letztes Aphthona Exemplar (nach #387391), von dem ich hoffe, dass es vielleicht weitere Merkmale zeigt, die eine Artbestimmung ermöglichen. Von den auf kerbtier.de abgebildeten Arten der Gattung käme wegen der Beinfärbung nur vielleicht Aphthona violacea in Frage. Beste Grüße, Konrad

Christoph hat mir auf #386629 einen ähnlichen Käfer als Aphtona sp. bestimmt. Ich stelle nun dieses neue Exemplar (und danach noch ein weiteres) zur Diskussion, da ich vermute, dass die ganz schwarzen Beine vielleicht doch zu einer Artbestimmung führen könnten - vielleicht violacea.
