On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Peter, ich bin hier für Platycerus caprea. Die Oberkieferecken stehen etwas vor und die Halsschildhinterwinkel sind stumpfwinklig. Die Größe passt dann auch besser. Dagegen spricht nur die Höhe des Fundorts, aber wir hatten die auch schon in tieferen Lagen. Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Jürgen Ich habe da ein ganz mieses Gefühl. LG, Christoph
