On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Karsten, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Gattung Protapion. Mehr ginge nur, wenn Du Dich auf ein einzelnes Exemplar beschränkst, also 3 Fotos vom selben Tier einreichst. Wichtig sind die Beinfarben, die man hier problemlos sieht, Farbe des vorderen und mittleren Hüftbereichs (diese beiden Merkmale lassen sich in einem seitlichen Foto gut vereinen), die Krümmung des Rüssels und wenn möglich noch ein Bild, auf dem man die Fühlerbeborstung einigermassen sehen kann. Was auch toll wäre, ist eine ganz exakte Längenmessung, also Millimeter mit einer Stelle hinterm Komma. Bin gespannt :). Viele Grüße, Corinna Hallo Karsten, für mich sehen alle klar nach Protapion assimile aus. Gelbe Schenkel und Trochanteren, schwarze Schienen, Halsschildprportionen und -punktierung, in Bild C auch die Borsten an der Geißel. Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Michael
