On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo Jörg, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Familie Curculionidae. Schade, der sieht sehr spannend aus, ist aber auch entsprechend knifflig. Meine stärkste Tendenz wäre zur Gattung Oprohinus, und dort käme am ehesten O. consputus in Frage. Aber so richtig passen tut er da eigentlich auch nicht, daher bleibe ich ratlos. Request: 08.05.2023, ca. 8 mm; am Randgraben des Biotops Geeste in Anzahl (mind. 20 Ind.); die KI stellt eine Donacia-Art an die erste Stelle; (KI: Donacia versicolorea, 2%, Rang 1); nach Vergleichsbildern würde ich hier raten: Donacia simplex vielleicht? Eine Plateumaris-Art will ich aber auch nicht ganz ausschließen. Hier brauche ich definitiv Euere Hilfe. Danke und besten Gruß Michl

Hallo, erst einmal Entschuldigung für das miese Foto. Ich meine, es ist eher Aphodius sticticus Grund: rötliche "Augen"-Flecken auf Kopfschild, Elytren stärkere "Rillen" und "fleckiger"

Request: Caenorhinus germanicus (reicht die Auflösung der Seite? Flügeldeckenpunktstreifen erscheinen durchgehend, Rüssel nicht so lang wie bei aeneovirens). Das Tierchen war unruhig...
