On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Korynetes cf. caeruleus (Blauer Fellkäfer), 6 mm, 21.05.2023, mitten in Berlin, Garten. - Die mittleren Fühlerglieder zeigen nur bei starker Aufhellung des Fotos und nur bei bestimmtem Lichteinfall eine helle Färbung, und diese jeweils nur an einer Teilfläche der betreffenden Fühlerglieder; die Punktierung des Halsschildrandes erscheint mir locker, nicht gedrängt; daher wohl nicht ruficornis, sondern caeruleus.
