On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 07.07.2021, ca. 3 mm; saß im Garten in der Hütte an einem Kissen. Könnte es die Larve von Psyllobora vigintiduopunctata sein?. Allerdings sehe ich nur zwei statt der üblichen 4 schwarzen Flecken auf dem ersten Körperabschnitt.

Lg, Lukas Hm, die Hinterwinkel scheinen mir zu stark verrundet für tenebrioides, und die Verflachung dort lässt mich auch stutzen. Ich mache mal ein cf. rein. LG, Jürgen Ja die Hinterwinkel sehen komisch aus, die Verflachung kommt abe rhin und eine Alternative kenne ich nicht, muss also Z. tenebrionides sein. Gruß Holger

Comment: Hallo Juju, in Bild C sieht man zwar eine Ahnung von dem, was ein heller Saum sein könnte, aber ich würde olens trotzdem ausschließen, dafür glänzen Kopf und Halsschild viel zu stark. Aber vielleicht kommen die anderen weiter. Viele Grüße, Jürgen olens ist es nicht (Backen nicht länger als die Augen und Halsschild eher etwas länger als breit). Die Mandibeln sehen nach Tasgius aus und da sind wir dann außer bei ater bei den ganz schwarzen eh bei sp. und der ist es nicht. Gruß Holger
