On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Heute, 22.09.2023 im Garten in der Nähe des Komposts an Efeu gefunden, bisschen über 2mm gross. Die KI findet nichts ganz ähnliches, brachte mich aber auf die Idee, dass es ein Mycetophagide sein könnte, evtl könnte nach den Fundmeldungen hier Typhaea stercorea oder T. decipiens passen - mich stört nur der Haarwirbel auf dem Halsschild, den der hier hat?!
