On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo ivoba, weder noch, das ist ein Bäckerbock der Gattung Monochamus. Aus der lateralen Perspektive kann ich die Behaarung des Schildchens leider nicht abschließend beurteilen, so dass es für mich bei der Gattung bleibt. Eventuell sieht das Team noch mehr? Viele Grüße, Daniel

Request: Liebes Käferteam, 08.10.2023, bei Eclépens (Kanton Waadt, ca. 440m), ein Scarabaeide, ca. 5mm, in Mischwald an Pferdedung. Da waren zwei Exemplare (Foto C, eines auf dem Rücken liegend), ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob auf A und B dasselbe Tier zu sehen ist. Aphodius sticticus? Liebe Grüße
