Request: Am 16.07.2023 ging gerade die Sonne unter, als ich mit dem Rad diesen Abschnitt an der Werra kurz vor Hann.-Münden erreichte. Bis dahin hatte ich bereits zwei Hirschkäfer-Weibchen von der Fahrbahn gelesen (Lucanus cervus). Hier nun das dritte und vierte (Bilder B, C), und alle paar Meter folgten weitere, alles Weibchen. Im Jahr zuvor waren am nahe gelegenen Bahnhof über den Gleisen und Bahnsteigen in der Dämmerung schwärmende Männchen zu beobachten, mehr als 10, die in Kopfhöhe brummend verschiedene Passantinnen erschreckten.
