On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Hallo, liebes Käferteam, ein etwas sehr dunkler Omalisus fontisbellaquaei, vermute ich, mit einer etwas defekten Flügeldecke. Größe ca. 7-8 mm, gefunden am 1.6.2016 am Rand eines Waldwegs oberhalb von Gernsbach.

Ich habe sie nur deswegen nochmals fotografiert, weil sie hier zur Zeit allüberall masenweise herumstolpern und auf jeder Blüte anzutreffen sind (Bild B wahrscheinlich vergesellschaftet mit einer Phyllopertha horticola) Aargau, Frick auf ca. 450 m üNN. Request: 01.06.2016 - Gaurotes virginea .. das hat mich jetzt fast zur Verzweiflung gebracht, da ich mir vor Ort über die Artzugehörigkeit ganz sicher war. Im Abgleich mit Eurer Datenbank dürfte der HS aber nicht schwarz sein. Ausnahmsweise hat Wikipedia mal geholfen :-) Aargau, Blüten am Waldwegrand Kaisten auf ca. 330 m üNN.
