On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Found in Babice nad Svitavou (Moravian Karst, about 480 m a.s.l.) in a village garden on a marguerite flower on 05.06.2016. Length approx. 5 mm. Probably M+F of the same species?

Comment: Hi Mirax, in any case two representatives of genus Axinotarsus. But I'm not sure, if they are the same species. I tend to think that the right is a male of A. marginalis, whereas the left reminds me of a female of A. pulicarius (dark femora). Best regards, Christoph
