On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 10.09.2016 - Scolytidae! Meine Lieben! Da habe ich nach so vielen Jahren extra noch einmal einen Fotokurs belegt: Makrofotografie .... und ehrlich gesagt und wie man sieht, geht das mit den Käfern nun schlechter als je vorher :-( Dieses Tier lief auf frisch geschnittenen Fichtenbrettern in einer Sägerei herum. Wieso kleben die da eigenlich nicht fest? St. Blasien auf ca. 880 m üNN. Danke vielmals für Euren geduldigen Unterricht! LG Chris

Request: am 27.8.16 fand ich duzende dieser Sandlaufkäfer (ca.15mm) im Bachbettbereich der Leutascher Ache im Gaistal bei Leutasch (N-Tirol). Sind dies auch Cicindela silvicola?

Request: am 23.8.16 fand ich diesen Cicindela (ca. 15mm) auf einem Geröllfeld in der Gleirschklamm nahe Scharnitz (N-Tirol). Ich denke, das es Cicindela hybrida ist.
