On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Hallo ruby62, das ist die schwarze Form von Brachyta interrogationis. Von Frankreich bis Sibirien und Japan. In Europa boreomontan, d.h. in Skandinavien und den Gebirgslagen Südostdeutschlands, dazwischen mit Auslöschungszone. Auf Blüten von Geranium silvaticum, G. pratense, Paeonia, Trollius, Taraxacum und Skabiosen. Larve in den Wurzeln der Wirtspflanzen. RL 2. Schöner Fund, danke für die Meldung! LG, Christoph

Request: Hallo Kerbtier-Team, diese beiden beschäftigten Winzlinge habe ich am 16.06.2017 auf einem Erlenblatt in Schwarzenbach/Mühlviertel, 720 m üNN. gefunden. Größe max. 3 mm. Mein erster Tipp wäre: Deporaus mannerheimii, mein zweiter: Pselaphorhynchites tomentosus. Vielen Dank und beste Grüße, Hermann.
