On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Da dachte ich heute, einen ganz besonderen "Wasserrüssler" auf Fieberklee am Waldweiher gefunden zu haben :-) Aber das nächtliche Gewitter und der Sturm haben das Tier wahrscheinlich einfach von seiner Wirtspflanze hinweggefegt. Comment: Hallo siegi, das ist Pachyta quadrimaculata, hier die gelegentlich vorkommende Aberration mit fehlenden Flecken auf der Fld.-Hinterhälfte. Eine typische Art des Berglandes. Die Larven entwickeln sich in Nadelholz, vor allem Fichte. Die Flugzeit ist Juni bis August. LG, Christoph

Request: ca7mm groß, Nähe Britz bei Eberswalde, schöne große wilde Spargelpflanze.
Ein Großgefleckter Spargelkäfer. (jetzt kriege ich eins übergebraten wegen des deutschen Namens) gefunden am 22.07.17 insgesamt 2-3 Exemplare, die hatten aber was gegen den Fototermin.

Comment: Hallo geotrupes, angesichts des schönen Fotos und der löblichen Erstmeldung der Art hier auf kerbtier.de wollen wir vom "Eins-Überbraten" absehen :). Ja, es ist also Crioceris quatuordecimpunctata. Osteuropa bis Nordchina, Korea, Japan. In Deutschland stammen die meisten Meldungen aus BR. Von Mai bis August auf der Wirtspflanze, dem Gemeinen Spargel (Asparagus officinalis) zu finden, dort ein Schädling, vor allem in China. Danke für die Meldung. LG, Christoph
