Request: Larven an faulendem Obst. Gewiss Familie Nitidulidae und es könnten gut Carpophilus-Larven sein, meint ihr nicht? Am selben Ort habe ich Carpophilus hemipterus (s. Anfrage #84143) und C. marginellus gefunden (Anfrage folgt gleich), für letztere Art ist die Larve eigentlich zu groß. Ca. 6mm, 04.08.2017

Comment: Hallo zimorodek, bei der Familie gehe ich noch problemlos mit. Aber für eine Gattungsdiagnose reicht es leider nicht. Das geht für mich nur unter einer Stereolupe. Möglich sind ja auch noch Epuraea und Stelidota. Beste Grüße, Thomas

Comment: Hi Karol, in this case I can just determine the genus Ampedus. Best regards, Christoph Most possibly Ampedus pomorum. New genetical research for Ampedus nemoralis showed that this species is just a form of Ampedus pomorum. Like most of the of pomorum confined species were brought back to this species. Comment: Moin Chris, der hat Dich ordentlich in die Irre geführt, denn er gehört nicht mal in die Familie Chrysomelidae, sondern zu den Endomychidae. Es ist z. Zt. noch Endomychus coccineus, jedoch haben sich hier genetische Ungereimtheiten gezeigt, die möglicherweise dazu führen könnten, dass es zu einer Aufspaltung der Art in mindestens zwei Arten kommen könnte, aber nicht zwingend muss.
