On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Dafür dass der Käfer selten ist, habe ich heute sehr viele Exemplare gesehen. Dumm nur, dass der Käfer die Angewohnheit hat, einen Waldweg nicht nur zu überqueren, sondern sich einmal dort angelangt auf dem Weg fortbewegt. Insofern habe ich mindestens genausoviele überfahrene oder zertretene Tiere gesehen wie lebende. Hier frisst der Käfer auf dem Weg an einer Art Wegerich.
