On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: 12.05.2018 diverse tote Maikäfer 2 - 3 cm auf dem Radweg (könnt ihr im Phänogramm lassen, denn die waren gestern noch nicht da). Sehen anders aus als die M. melolontha die ich bisher im Gebiet hatte, ich habe daher ein Männchen und ein Weibchen mitgenommen und abgelichtet, ich nehme an es ist Melolontha hippocastani (Bild C zeigt Pygidium links Weibchen und rechts Männchen unten noch mal Männchen)
