On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Comment: Moin Mäsi, das ist ein Vertreter der Gattung Trichius (Pinselkäfer). Die Fotos geben leider keine Unterscheidungsmerkmale her, da die Zeichnung bei allen drei in Frage kommenden Arten sehr variabel sein kann. Die vorderste schwarze Binde lässt Trichius fasciatus vermuten, aber zu mehr als einer Vermutung reicht es halt nicht. Man müsste eine Mittelschiene gut erkennen können, um T. zonatus und die Unterseite, um T. sexualis ausschließen zu können. Viele Grüße, Klaas

Comment: Moin Ilse auße Eifel, das ist weder Molops noch Agonum. Das ist ein Pterostichus aus dem nigrita-rhaeticus-Komplex. Da die Biotopsbeschreibung nur auf den einen passt, kann es nur Pterostichus nigrita sein. Viele Grüße, Klaas

Comment: Hallo Pfalzpilz, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Unterfamilie Harpalinae, der ist zu unscharf, als dass ich da eine Bestimmung wagen würde. LG, Christoph Hallo Pfalzpilz, das ist wahrscheinlich Harpalus affinis - aber genau geht es an dem Foto wirklich nicht. Zu H. smaragdinus: Sobald einer grün ist heißt gleich smaragdinus - dabei ist der garnicht so grün wie sein Name vermuten ließe und außerdem relativ selten. Ähnliches ließt man öfter zu harpalus cupreus - den finden Studenten häufig weil ja jeder kupfrige Harpalus cupreus sein muss (sagt ja schon der Name ...) - tatsächlich kann amn die gesicherten Fundorte von H. cupreus in der BRD jedoch gemütlich an einer Hand abzählen.
