On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Hallo, liebes Käferteam, gleiche Pflanze wie bei 97210 (die ich nicht kenne), insoweit könnte es noch einmal Amara ovata sein, nun in einem anderen MTB. Größe ca. 10 mm, gefunden heute, 30.05.2018 (mehrere Exemplare) in einem Seitental der Murg zwischen Gernsbach und Baden-Baden. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße, Manfred

Comment: Hallo Hopeman, das sollte ein Weibchen von C. pectinicornis sein. C. heyeri entfällt aufgrund der Fld.-Spitzen. Selten können C. cuprea-Weibchen einfarbing metallisch sein wie dieses Tier und sind dann nicht von C. pectinicornis zu unterscheiden. Bestimmung daher hier leider nur mit "cf.". LG, Christoph
