Comment: Hallo Friedel, das ist wahrscheinlich Necrophorus investigator. Da mir wichtige Merkmale zum bestimmen fehlen ist das eher eine Ratung als eine Bestimmung ich lass mal stehen. Viele Grüße, Holger Ich gebe Holger recht, relevante Merkmale z.B. zur Abgrenzung von N. sepultor oder möglicherweise eines abgeriebenen N. interruptus sind nicht wirklich gut zu beurteilen. Comment: Hallo Heiko, bei Vertretern der Gattung Limnius führen die Seitenkiele des Halsschildes bis zu deren Basis, sind also nicht durch Quereindrücke oder Furchen verbunden. Das ist bei diesem Tier jedoch der Fall. Auch der Habitus unterscheidet sich etwas. Ich sehe hier einen Vertreter der Gattung Elmis. Viele Grüße, Daniel

Comment: Hallo Mr. Pampa, sehr nah dran, aber das ist ein Dorytomus. Er gehört zur gleichen Untergattung wie Notaris. Im Gegensatz zu denen hat Dorytomus aber Schenkelzähne an allen Beinen, was man hier auf Foto C erkennen kann, wo der Käfer seine Beinchen in hilfreicher Pose hebt. Die Seitenansicht des Rüssels und die Aufnahme auf Millimeterpapier helfen enorm, man kann sogar die Länge der Fühlerglieder beurteilen, ergo: Dorytomus taeniatus. Eine kleine Art, die sich auf Weiden (Salix) wohlfühlt und auch auf Zitterpappel geht. Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Corinna

Request: Hallo, liebes Käferteam, ein 6-7 mm großer Blattkäfer. Wenn er nicht grün sondern schwarz gewesen wäre, hätte ich auf einen Luperus getippt, aber so?. Größe ca. 7 mm. Gefunden hatte ich einige davon auf einer Höhe von ca. 2.000 m auf einer Weide auf der Villanderer-Latzfonser Alm in Südtirol. (06.09.2018). Vielen Dank und viele Grüße, Manfred

Comment: Hallo Dietrich, hier geht es für mich leider nur bis zur Gattung Geotrupes. G. mutator ist es nicht, er müsste nicht nur 7, sondern 9 Fld.-Streifen zwischen Naht und Schultbeule haben. Die Streifen sind kräftig, bleiben also spiniger und stercorarius. Um die zu trennen müsste ich das Abdomen und/oder die Mandibeln sehen. LG, Christoph

Comment: Hallo Mr.Tom, dieser Bockkäfer gehört in die Gattung Arhopalus. Wir sind in Deutschland mit zwei Arten gesegnet, die sich über die Behaarung der Augen unterscheiden lassen. Leider kann ich dieses Merkmal am vorliegenden Foto nicht 100% festmachen. A. rusticus ist die deutlich häufigere der beiden Arten. LG, Christoph
