On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

"Bei C. paradoxa ist der Halsschild-Vorderrand komplett verrundet" hat mir Christoph bei einer früheren Anfrage geschrieben und eine Cantharis obscura bestimmt. Da auch ein als Cantharis paradoxa bestimmtes Exemplar für mich kaum anders aussieht, frage ich anhand dieses neuen Fundes nochmal an, ob hier das Halsschild als komplett verrundet angesehen wird. Hallo, vorhin habe ich einen ähnlichen Ampedus (#132231) angefragt, der allerdings dunkle Flügelenden aufweist. Gehört dieser Käfer dennoch zur gleichen Art (vielleicht A. rufipennis?). Beste Grüße, Konrad
