Comment: Hallo Wolfgang, puh, der ist ganz schön knifflig. Ich tendiere zu Sitona striatellus (kupfrige Schuppen, der Rüssel sieht relativ lang aus), wobei der normalerweise dunklere Schenkel hat. Ich muss es hier bei cf. belassen, hoffe aber auf eine zweite Meinung. Viele Grüße, Corinna

Request: 01.08.2019 Farbvarianten von Pachybrachis hieroglyphicus. Episternen der Mittelbrust sind gelb, nur beim fast schwarzen Exemplar ist nichts zu sehen. Punktierung in den gelben Bereichen auf den Flügeldecken eher wild. Die meisten beobachteten Farbvarianten der Käfer dieser Population liegt zwischen dem Käfer in der Mitte und dem rechts. Käfer saßen auf Salix. Schotterterasse, Ärgera, Plasselb-Schlund, 1100 m, Kanton Freiburg. Viele Grüße

Request: 2.7.19, Diesen Fallkäfer habe ich im Botanischen Garten Meran entdeckt. Am ehesten fand ich zunächst Cryptocephalus coryli passend, bin mir aber überhaupt nicht mehr sicher bezüglich der Variabilität in der Gattung. Etwa 6mm

Request: Als letzter Kadaverfund (am 22.7. waren die Reste verschwunden) dann noch ein Dermestes frischii vom 16.7.19, über den ich mich auch total gefreut habe. Was da draußen alles hübsches rumläuft, was man sonst nicht findet... Erstaunlich auch, wie verändert der Käfer zwischen Becherlupe und Kartonunterlage aussieht. In der Becherlupe wie frisch gegelt :-) Fast 10 mm. Herzlichen Dank ans Team und schönen Abend noch!
