On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

LG Chris
Species, family:
Glischrochilus quadriguttatus
Nitidulidae
Comment: Hallo Chris, bestätigt als Glischrochilus quadriguttatus. Danke für die Meldung. Viele Grüße, Daniel

Request: Is this Pterostichus oblongopunctatus? My only concern is whether it could be P. quadrifoveolatus. Otherwise I would be certain. 20.2.2020
Regards,

Species, family:
Pterostichus sp.
Carabidae
Comment: Hi Mihajlo, in this case I can just determine the genus Pterostichus, but I think it is none of the species you mentioned. Best regards, Christoph Hi Mihajlo, this is a Pterostichus species not present in Central Europe (most likely a Balkan endemic) - therefore, we unfortunately have no clue :/ Sorry. Best wishes, Fabian

Request: 21.02.2020 - Pterostichus cf. madidus??
