Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

  Moin Jürgen, Pt. fasciatopunctatus ist eine schwarze Art, etwas größer und auffällig schlanker im Habitus, der Halsschild nach hinten herzförmig verengt, so dass er sich sehr viel deutlicher vom Hinterleib absetzt als hier. Wenn ein Pterostichus glänzt wie eine Bordelltür, dann ist das in unseren Breiten IMMER Pterostichus burmeisteri. ;-) Viele Grüße, Klaas

  Hi Inja, you always need a photo showing the end of the Elytra. If there is a little black dot shown at the end of each Elytra, it can only be the common Chrysomela populi. If not and especially if they are smaller than C. populi, it is one of the more rare species. Because of the more orange colouring I guess this is not C. populi, but one of the others.   Hallo Heidi, richtig erkannt als Notaris. Ohne gemessene Größenangabe oder Bild von seitlich oder untn ist eine sichere Artbestimmung nicht wahrscheinlich. Kann Notaris scirpi sein, der größer ist (6-7,5 mm)und eine weiße Mittelbrust hat, oder acridulus, der kleiner ist (3-5 mm)und keine weiße Mittelbrust hat ... Sieht für mich von oben mehr wie scirpi aus, aber das ist nur geraten. Viele Grüße, Michael
