On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Hallo zusammen! Na so was, ich stelle eben fest, dass ich unseren wohl "sprunghaftigsten" Weidenliebhaber noch gar nicht gemeldet habe. Crepidodera aurata triezt die Salixe hier alljährlich derart, dass sie meist hinterher mehr Löcher als Blattfläche aufweisen. Viele Grüße! Request: Hallo, in morschen Altholt obhalb Riedle auf ca. 1000m gefunden. Wurde schon gemeldet als Schwarzer Schneckenjäger? Aufnahme ist der selber Käfer wie schon eingestellt aber anderes Bild. Wird von Herrn Dr. Schneider "naturgucker.de " eher als eher als Silpha sp. eingestuft. Ich danke für die Bearbeitung und beste Grüße aus dem Oberallgäu. Dieter

Request: Noch ein Borkenkäfer (Scolytidae) vom letzten Jahr (26.08.2014). Die sind ja gemeinhin schwierig... Ich komme irgendwie gar nicht weiter. Ich dachte zunächst, ein Dryocoetes_autographus könnte es sein. Habe es dann aber wieder verworfen. Gefunden auf geschlagenen Stämmen am Wegrand (leider sowohl Nadel- als auch Laubholz). Da er außen saß, weiß ich nicht, wohin er gehört... Größe 2,2mm.
