On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Krün, an der Isar, Uferweg nach Wallgau, 950 m NN, 18.7.2020, ca. 6 mm, Phylllobius. Der schwamm in der Isar, wurde heldenhaft gerettet, wollte sich dann aber kaum fotografieren lassen. Und dann hatte ich auch noch die falsche Kameraeinstellung und es bei dem Stress erst hinterher gemerkt. Vielleicht lässt sich wenigstens die Art bestimmen. Es gab dann noch ein paar freundlichere und schönere.

bei diesem ca. 3 mm kleinen Käfer vom 11.07.2020 aus Leipzig nehme ich an, dass es sich um einen Vertreter der Anthicidae handelt. Leider sind mir von dem Hektiker keine Knaller-Fotos gelungen, aber vielleicht geht da ja für Euch dennoch etwas (Anthicus antherinus?)…
