Art, Familie:
Anthaxia lucens/candens
Buprestidae
Antwort: Hi pepik, this is Anthaxia candens. Best regards, Fabian In this case we've recieved an objection from J. In any case difficult to disthinguish. Best regards, Christoph

Macrolenes cf. dentipes
Chrysomelidae
Antwort: Hi pepik, it is a member of the more or less difficult subfamily Clytinae. In my mind it is Macrolenes dentipes, which can be showing only one dot on the Elytrae at the shoulders, or show dots at the last third of the Elytrae, being bigger and just one, or being smaller and than being separated into two dots. ID not for sure. Best regards, Klaas

Art, Familie:
Lachnaia cf. sexpunctata
Chrysomelidae
Antwort: Hi pepik, genus Lachnaia is quite difficult to identify. There is a number of species occuring around the mediterranean Region, but just a smaller number in Greece. Most important for a first Evaluation is a view straight from above (as it is in most of the beetles). I can tell for sure, that this one is a male beetle (see the long forelegs and their long feet). The ID of Lachnaia sexpunctata is not for sure, but in my mind the one that fits best on this. Best regards, Klaas
